sgjesse@google.com d83354b83d Keep track of the request and response state in the HTTP client connection 
In a HTTP client connection it is possible for the response to end
before the request has been fully sent. This situation was not handled
correctly. Now the HTTP client connection keeps track of the state of
both request and response and doen not end the client connection
before both are done.

lrn@google.com 2208fcd208 Change NotImplementedException to UnimplementedError. 
Retain a NotImplementedException type for backwards compatibility.
This class will be removed soon.
The constructor of UnimplementedError is currently const in order to
support the NotImplementedException. That will be fixed too.

lrn@google.com d3a6c41136 Temporarily reintroduce IndexOutOfRangeError matcher in unittests. 
For even more backwards compatibility, don't remove the matcher yet.
Also change inheritance structure to make catching RangeError with
"on IndexOutOfRangeException" work.

gram@google.com 981c4b11df Restructure pkg/unittest and pkg/webdriver to follow the pub conventions. 
This means all imports of unittest in our test code had to change to include 'lib' in the path.
While doing that change I changed the library/imports to the new syntax in the affected files.
