Johnni Winther fed3bc0125 [_fe_analyzer_shared] Updated id testing to provide regeneration command 
In most case, id testing annotations can be regenerated automatical.
This updates the error reporting to include the regeneration commands.

The test system now also runs all tests in case of failures instead of
stopping after the first found failure.

Paul Berry 126c5fa680 Initial parser support for constructor tear-offs. 
This CL adds parser support for use of `<typeArguments>` as a
selector.  This allows expressions like `List<int>` (type literal with
type arguments), `f<int>` (function tear-off with type arguments),
`C.m<int>` (static method tear-off with type arguments), `EXPR.m<int>`
(instance method tear-off with type arguments), and `EXPR<int>`
(tear-off of `.call` method with type arguments).

I will add parser support for `.new` as a constructor name in a
follow-up CL.

Konstantin Shcheglov 3389b3bd32 Remove Packages from SourceFactory. 
We have PackageMapUriResolver, this should be the way to resolve
all `package:xyz` URIs. We should not repeat it in SourceFactory.

Konstantin Shcheglov 54b7543c55 Fix unnecessary_const in analyzer. 
The only non-mechanical change is update for tool/diagnostics/generate.dart
to handle MethodInvocation, because without resolution and without
explicit `new` and `const` we get MethodInvocation(s).
