Lasse R.H. Nielsen 6e29700e16 Update List constructor documentation, deprecate constructor. 
Emphasize that the operation is going away,
and mark constructor as deprecated.

TEST= Refactoring+deprecation only, covered by existing tests.

Jens Johansen bd94ab5068 [kernel] Test bootstapping from dill with deferred library 
This CL adds a test that bootstraps from a dill with a deferred library
in it. Before this CL it crashed, see bug #32245.

This CL "double fixes" the problem:
a) When lazy loading a dill file the _currentLibrary variable wasn't set
   properly. This has been fixed.
b) When bootstrapping from a dill file, (almost) everything in the dill
   will be included in the output so lazy loading it doesn't make sense.

Vyacheslav Egorov 9ccc2877eb [kernel] Update binary_bench to use a single name for each benchmark. 
Previously we used one name for command line argument and one name for
output.
