lrn@google.com 26fab5183a Move parseInt parseDouble to int/double classes as a static method. 
Remove math dependency from core/coreimpl in dart2js.
The existing Math.parseInt and Math.parseDouble are kept *for now*, but
simply redirect to the static methods.
They will be removed in time (when library code is ready for it).

lrn@google.com ec34263a9c Make JSON.stringify call toJson() on objects that it can't serialize. 
The toJson method must return a value that can be directly serialized
(a num/String/bool/Null/List/Map value).
Clean up of json.dart with more comments and less unnecessary privacy.

johnniwinther@google.com c6d70857e4 Several new features and improvements for dartdoc. 
* Dartdoc now works on multiple libraries and entrypoints.
* A dartdoc/dartdoc.bat script is generated into dart-sdk/bin
* The API libraries recognized by dart2js using the 'dart:' prefix
  have been updated to use the 'dart:*' name in their library tags.
  This makes the libraries show up with the correct prefix in the API docs.
* The processed libraries can be selected or limited, API
  libraries are not processed by default, and links to api.dartlang.org
  can be generated for API libraries.

  Because of the changed library tags on API libraries, the generated
  links don't current match the addresses on api.dartlang.org.
  For instance, the docs for Object is currently located in
  api.dartlang.org/core/Object.html, but with the new library
  tag 'dart:core', the address will be api.dartlang.org/dart_core/Object.html.
  The links will thus not work until api.dartlang.org have been updated with
  this patch.
* Code and pre blocks use overflow-x:auto to support wide lines.

- Adding commands to set breakpoints and showing current stack trace.
- Adding a callback hook to signal when a breakpoint gets resolved to
  and actual line number. 
- Adding ids for breakpoints and new breakpoint API functions, deprecating
  the existing ones. 
- Adding one helper function to the JSON class

Anton may want to take a look at the JSON addition.

ajohnsen@google.com 29e5a0318e Optimize the JSON parser by tokenizing while parsing and using jump-table. 
I've also updated the test to include a few corner cases.

My tests shows a 50-80% speedup. The optimization will also give a lower
memory usage since we don't keep a list of all tokens alive.
