Natalie Weizenbaum b33dcfdaad Remove the Dromaeo and TodoMVC samples. 
No one was maintaining or using these, and they were stale to the point
that they were breaking pkgbuild tests because their dependencies
weren't compatible with the latest SDK.

This also removes tools/testing/perf_testing, which only tested these
two samples.

Natalie Weizenbaum 6f3168ad47 Fix some broken pkgbuild tests. 
This brings in the latest version of http and shelf, and stops the
pkgbuild dependency override mechanism from making packages depend on
the pub package.

William Hesse 634e5a1d02 Refs #25328 Use a portable shebang 
BSD systems don't place bash in /bin and a lot of the dart tools
hardcode a #!/bin/bash shebang that fails the 'all' target build
(not able to execute dart2js since the interpreter is not found).

Solve the issue by using #!/usr/bin/env as the shebang. For scripts
that need to pass arguments to bash modify the script to use the set
command as the first executed line of shell.

Ryan Macnak 6b964b83ac Add ./tools/test.py -c precompiler -r dart_precompiled. 
- Make --gen/run-precompiled-snapshot take a directory to use for the snapshot pieces.
 - Throw on Platform.executeable to prevent tests from becoming fork-bombs.
 - Update status files so 'dart_precompiled' is generally expected to behave the same as 'vm'.

Currently multitests will fail unless run with --jobs=1 because the test harness assigns them the same temporary directory.

Running this also requires a great deal of space. My out directory is 380G.

Sigmund Cherem e6f6ce9743 fix safari test 
Apparently my approach to use wss didn't work to exercise the error codepath. This change makes us excersize errors. After testing this in Safari though, I coudln't reproduce the issue, so I remove the note about this being a regression test for the original issue.

This reverts commit dd7767d95e.

This made the analyzer fail:
http://build.chromium.org/p/client.dart/builders/analyzer_experimental-linux-release-be/builds/3418/

Please note that this is just not the new test (which I would just have
suppressed)
It seems that in --checked --host-checked mode we see a range of new
failures, because of the change to flags.

It also made dart2js fail on the new tests

zra@google.com f6028da01d Fixes bug in typed data read/write for floats and doubles. 
When reading from a byte array as floats or doubles, perform the
endianness correction before converting to a float or double
rather than the other way around. This is to avoid floating
point canonicalization changing the bytes before we put them
in the right order.

Unrelatedly, this change also adds armv5te as an architecture
needing extra time for tests to correct an oversight in my
last CL.
