- Modify the gyp files to ensure that all patch libraries are read directly

- Modify the library source generator to generate a source mapping array
  The generated array is of the following format:
  const char* dart::Bootstrap::corelib_source_paths_[] = {
    "dart:core", "/workspace1/dart-all/dart/sdk/lib/core/core.dart", 

    "bool.dart", "/workspace1/dart-all/dart/sdk/lib/core/bool.dart", 
    ...
    ...
  };

- Read the source file using the source mapping array instead of relying on
  a generated buffer containing the sources

- Modify the gyp files to ensure that all libraries are read directly
  from the sources. This CL does not change the patch part yet.
  Remove the source concatentation step in the gypi files for all the core
  libraries.

web app files into the VM binary. create_resources.py takes a list
of resources and writes each as a byte array, then builds a resource
table. resources.h defines a simple lookup for these arrays, which
vmstats uses.

Currently runtime/tools/make_version.py creates the version string itself.
Since this is already done in tools/release/version.dart, we should use
that. tools/utils.py provides a python wrapper around it with GetVersion().

The change builds static versions of the cross-platform secure networking libraries NSS and NSPR from Mozilla, on Linux, MacOS, and Windows.  These libraries are linked with the standalone Dart executable in a future changelist to support HTTPS and SSL networking in dart:io.

The built libraries will be tested by that future changelist.

There are builders which build Windows 64-bit versions of the SDK, and the Dartium build builds the Dart runtime executable, both of which were not supported by the CL.
