Fix accessing private members on extension classes.
Since the member was already a symbol, canonicalMember() was incorrectly
double wrapping it.
Fixes #508.

Add all dart:html tests from the sdk to test/codegen. All tests are added except for js_array_test.dart and js_dart_to_string_test.dart which have to be stripped out for now due to failures.
