rnystrom@google.com edf7ca2927 Add support for specifying SDK version constraints in pubspecs. 
These constraints don't currently do anything, but these patch
gets them being parsed by pub.

gram@google.com 981c4b11df Restructure pkg/unittest and pkg/webdriver to follow the pub conventions. 
This means all imports of unittest in our test code had to change to include 'lib' in the path.
While doing that change I changed the library/imports to the new syntax in the affected files.

gram@google.com 27846b0846 Improved the way we generate mismatch descriptions. 
matches() methods can now return additional state that is used by describeMismatch(). This adds a small tax to the happy path, but makes the unhappy path quite a bit more efficient as well as providing better error messages.

Related to this, expect() can now be passed a verbose flag. Currently this is used by throwsA/returnsNormally to provide stack traces from the actual exception but could be used for other things too.

The tests for the Mock classes have been changed to be normal tests, not 'meta' tests. 

A couple of other minor fixes.

rnystrom@google.com bfe7935124 First pass at version constraint solver. 
It does:
- Walk dependency graphs.
- Unify shared constraints.
- Go through Source to get dependency and version information.
- Handle the fact that everything is async.
- Find best versions that match all constraints.
- Error out if it can't find a match or gets stuck in a loop.
- Have an OK amount of tests.

It does not:
- Handle dependencies from different sources.
- Integrate with the rest of pub.
- Implement an actual "pub update" command.
- Do very much to minimize server traffic.
  (Though it does cache pubspecs it has requested.)
