Get rid of old redundant methods in io.dart.
Now that we have pkg/path, we can ditch the old methods in io.dart
that do the same thing.

Commit Martin's patch for pub + lib_v2.
Pub is still all kinds of broken with this, but it's slightly
less broken. Some tests pass, and at least the code *parses*
after this.
