Pass IC data and arguments descriptor to IC miss runtime functions.
...
Before, we obtained them by pattern matching backwards on the machine
instructions at the call site. This previous approach becomes unwieldy when
we need to use to use multiple instance call patterns.

Use the return value of vm native methods to set the return value,

based on Siva's earlier suggestion (he actually suggested putting it
in the generated stub, which I haven't done).
Added SetReturnUnsafe and use it exactly one place so far.

Associate the correct type to method receivers (instead of Dynamic type).

Properly name the first implicit parameter to factories as ':type_arguments'
(instead of 'this', which made it accessible to user code).

Consolidate a few fields in RawFunction using bitfields.

Remove kAbstract from the list of function kinds. It now has its own
dedicated bit. This allows us to distinguish abstract methods from
abstract getters and setters.

Allow implicit 'close your eyes' of native methods. This will hopefully fix issue 3466.

- when resolving the native method which has been closurized account for the 'this' argument in the count of arguments.
- explicitly copy the 'this' parameter in the closure context as the first parameter before calling the native function. This is done by piggy backing on the CopyParameters code used for functions with optional parameters.

ICData is now a wrapper object that refers to the calling function, target name, ic data array, etc. The old ICData C++ class that wrapped around an Array is removed. The advantage is that the ICData object remains the same, only its ic_data array object is being modified as classes are added..
...
TODO: store ICData-s into function so that the type feedback can be easily extracted (currently must traverse the unoptimized code).
