- Added unimplemented versions of Dart_ByteArrayAcquireData and
Dart_ByteArrayReleaseData
- Added infrastructure to prevent callbacks into an API function that
allocates a new object on the Dart heap or invokes dart code.
- Removed the old Dart_ByteArrayGet* access functions as it was felt that
they have become redundant once we provide direct access to the internal
data pointers.
- Removed DARTSCOPE_NOCHECKS as it seems to be redundant after the change
to not create explicit stack zones on each Dart API call.

Add a line and column offset to scripts so that errors and exceptions
in embedded Dart scripts are reported at the proper location.
New API call Dart_LoadEmbeddedScript() that allows to specify
line and column offsets.
Stumbled on and fixed a bug. Script::kind field was not externalized to snapshot.

- Add a new API call Dart_StringTolatin1 so that the contents of a
string object that satisfies Dart_IsStringLatin1 can be gotten
- Tweak Dart_MakeExternalString to copy out the contents of the string
for valid string objects that can not be externalized by the VM
(e.g strings in the VM isolate)

For now, disable tests using obsolete syntax. More will get disabled as support
for interfaces is completely removed. We may then permanently remove some tests,
while updating and reenabling others whose purpose is not related to interfaces.

compatible with webkit and will allow for easy externalization of
strings. One byte strings are retained for pure ASCII strings.
(The language specification was changed recently to reflect this as
follows "A string is a sequence of UTF-16 code units").
- Remove four byte string class and all references to it.

This is a request for comments. Do we want to expose library
prefixes like this? Is there a way to import with a prefix already
and lookup members?
The reason why I would like to do this is so that I can import the
user-supplied builtins library under a prefix. This will be a useful
first step to move the print function to corelib while preserving
the ability to patch in a print implementation via the builtins
library.

The native ports use the snapshot reader to create the dart objects. Added support for reading external arrays from snapshots but no support for writing them. The only way an external array is written to a snapshot is through the api message writer.
This allows dart:io to avoid one copy of data read from files and sockets. This change only contains one use of the new API.

This profiler will write binary HPROF data to a user provided stream that
can later be viewed by tools such as the Eclipse Memory Analyzer.
While all user defined types are accurately described in the profile data,
internal types that are not self-describing appear as empty objects. This
will be addressed by a future change.

Implement a few chunks of new mirror functionality. Many changes, notably:
- Added currentIsolateMirror() to provide non-async access to the
local isolate mirror.
- Added mirrorOf(o) to provide access to local instance mirrors.
- Fleshed out InstanceMirror, InterfaceMirror, and LibraryMirror to
various degrees.
- Added the MirroredError hierarchy, which lets the user handle Dart
errors of various sorts from invocation, etc.
- Introduce lazy resolvers for interface mirrors and library mirrors.
These allow us to build the self-referential library/interface
hierarchy without going mad.
- Added better toStrings all around.
- Extended the isolate_mirror_local_test to cover new functionality.
Other changes that were required or seemed prudent:
- Exposed the error hierarchy to the embedder. They need to be able
to distinguish different error types in some situations. Improved
the documetation around error handles and error propagation.
- Added new functions to the dart embedding api as required. Added
tests for all new dart api functions.
