The former contents of the VM isolate are now included into each isolate group. This makes each isolate group's heap independent, and in particular allows each heap to be allocated to a separate pointer cage (not done in this CL).
The duplicated stubs that allowed PC relative calls are removed, since the originals can now be the target of PC relative calls.
The bootstrapping needing to load an AppJIT or AppAOT snapshot is reduced to allocating the oddballs. The code is entirely dropped in the AOT runtime, but the JIT runtime still has it to allow for flags to affect the compilation of the stub code. Further refactoring might be able to remove this for the JIT runtime too, with only gen_snapshot knowing how to bootstrap.
Class serialization no longer distinguishes predefined classes.
The page containing null is marked as never-evacuate. null, false and true must not move because the compiler relies on their low bits having certain patterns for some optimizations. (Previously, the entire VM isolate heap never moved.)
Compaction is disabled for IA32. Due to register pressure, some stub calls must not use a scratch register and embed the address of Code.
The page containing the call-through-safepoint stub is frozen when running with --write-protect-code and the stub is created at runtime (instead of loaded from an AppJIT or AppAOT snapshot). This stub must remain executable even during a safepoint, as a foreign call might during return during a safepoint and only block after the stub directs it to the runtime.
The snapshot symbols are renamed to kDartSnapshotData and kDartSnapshotText. There is no need to distinguish the VM isolate's snapshot, and snaphots are per isolate group not per isolate. Aliases with the old names are added to ease migration.
Some global flags that were automatically set based on the VM isolate's snapshot are now isolate group flags and automatically set by the isolate group's snapshot.

Current implementation of profile data streaming inherited its
approach to symbolization from the implementation of vm-service's
get{,Perfetto}CpuSamples methods. These methods rather expensive
as they rely on CodeLookupTable to symbolize collected samples, and
constructing CodeLookupTable requires bringing all threads to safepoint
and iterating over old-space to collect code objects. This can take
significant amount of time - especially when old-space is large (e.g.
consider 1Gb+ heaps of Dart Analysis Server).
This CL rewrites profile data streaming to use a completely different
approach in AOT mode where Dart frames are not symbolized eagerly
and instead stored in the timeline in their raw form: a pair of
an isolate group specific Mapping and a PC value relative to the start
of that mapping. At the end of streaming (or when isolate group
exits) an additional ModuleSymbols packet is emitted which provides
symbolization information for all collected frames. ModuleSymbols
mappings can be cheaply constructed from collected PCs using
ReversePc lookup tables.

When uploading CLs, the presubmit checks verify that the lines in the
diff are formatted correctly according to `git cl format runtime`.
However, when `buildtools/<os>-<arch>/clang/bin/clang-format` is
updated, it does not force reformatting of files that would be
reformatted.
This leads to two issues:
* Inconsistent style within the code base and within a single file.
* Spurious reformatting in CLs when (1) clang-format is used on the
whole file, or (2) the diff lines overlap.
`clang-format` doesn't change that frequently, so in general this is
not a large issue, but I've seen a bit too many "spurious formatting,
please revert" comments on CLs recently.
This CL formats the runtime to be in line with the current pinned
`clang-format`:

```
`git cl format` (which only formats changed lines, and does so with
`clang-format`) seems to not agree with itself, or clang-format, or
cpplint in a handful of places. This CL adds `// clang-format off`
for these. (See previous patchsets for the specific instances.)

This change improves hash code implementations in multiple places in
the compiler. That reduces number of probes during lookups in hash maps
and improves AOT compilation time of large applications.
On a large Flutter app, compiled in release mode for arm64:
Total gen_snapshot time 89.184s -> 60.736s (-31.9%)
Also, this change adds --hash_map_probes_limit=N option which sets
a hard limit for the number of probes in hash maps. This option
makes it easy to find hash maps where there are many collisions
due to poor hash code implementation.

Redefinitions exist to prevent code motion and don't affect
the meaning of instructions they flow into as inputs.
Consequently, when comparing two instructions for equality
we should unwrap all the inputs.
The only exception from the rule is LoadField instruction:
we would like to avoid replacing a load from a redefinition
with a dominating load from the original definition because
that would break a dependency chain on the redefinition.
This change is done to address code size regressions caused
by retaining and/or inserting more redefinitions to prevent
illegal code motions. These new redefinitions impact CSE
optimizations and (without this CL) lead to redundant boxing
being left over in the optimized code.

Rename PointerKeyValueTrait<T>, which is used to create sets of pointers
to T instances where T <: Object and T has appropriate Hash and Equals
instance methods, to the more specific name PointerSetKeyValueTrait.
Create a PointerSet<T> alias for using this trait with
DirectChainedHashMap and use that alias in other code as a shorthand.
Remove PointerSetKeyValueTrait<const char> as a superclass of
CStringKeyValueTrait, as the only reuse from the former are the two
methods KeyOf and ValueOf which just return their argument, and having
this relationship is odd since const char is not a subtype of Object.

Create all symbol table-related sections after all other sections, right
before section re-ordering. Also remove the need to keep fields in the
Elf object for most of these sections, only keeping fields for the
static symbol table and the dynamic table, which handles updates
and finalization for the dynamic symbol table.
Reworks symbols so that they are stored in a growable array in the
symbol table instead of as separately allocated objects. Since this
disallows constant fields in Symbol objects due to the need for a copy
constructor, initialize the offset of symbols with the section-relative
offset. This can be adjusted to a snapshot-relative offset after
section memory offsets are computed.
Instead of updating indices and offsets by individually looking up
symbols via their name, just create a map from section indices to new
section indices (for index updates) or to memory offsets (for offset
adjustment) and iterate over all the symbols, applying the map
appropriately.
Move non-PT_LOAD, non-PT_PHDR segment creation into
OrderSectionsAndCreateSegments.

Does a large refactoring on the V8 snapshot profile writer
to clean things up, add more debugging support, and to fix
the problems that surfaced during the original landing.
Other changes:
Changes Serializer::CreateArtificialNodeIfNeeded() to create
artificial nodes for Code objects and immutable arrays.
Fixes CodeSerializationCluster::Trace() to only push needed parts of
discarded code objects, instead of tracing them like full code objects.
Adds test cases to v8_snapshot_profile_writer_test that exercise
the following situations (both separately and together):
* Non-symbolic stack traces are enabled and code and function objects
are dropped when not needed at runtime.
* Creation of the dispatch table is disabled.

There are two version of the output: a human readable version
and a JSON version (preceded by 'JSON for function decisions:')
for easier tabulation. The JSON version is an array of objects,
where the fields of the object are as follows:

Moves AllocateObject and CreateArray instructions down to their
dominant use (use that dominates all other uses) when such a use exists
and the move is not hampered by environment uses (which can happen when
the allocation is inside a try block).
This improves write barrier elimination for inlined constructors, since
it moves the allocation after evaluation of the arguments. Any Dart
calls in an argument would disable elimination after it.
The optimization is particularly effective for Flutter Widget code,
since such code typically contains many nested constructor calls.
Reduces instructions size of Flutter Gallery by about 0.8%.

BaseDirectChainedHashMap<KeyValueTrait, B, Allocator>::Iterator::Next()
was first checking if array_index_ is larger than the size of map's array,
and only then it was looking at remaining entries in the collision list.
So, when there is a collision in the last bucket, array_index_ was bumped
and the first entry in the list was returned. After that, Next() returned
NULL, skipping remaining entries in the collision list.
This caused incorrect stack state management in BytecodeFlowGraphBuilder
and BytecodeFlowGraphBuilder::DropUnusedValuesFromStack() was removing
too many entries from the stack, which caused crash in
BytecodeFlowGraphBuilder::BuildStoreIndexedTOS().

The Insert method runs in constant time, but inserting multiple
pairs with the same key results in all pairs being added to the
map. Remove only removes the most recent pair with a key equal
to its argument, so this means calling Remove after an Insert
does not guarantee that Lookup for a key will fail.
The new Update method, when used instead of Insert, guarantees
that the map contains at most one pair for a set of equal keys.
This means that Lookup is guaranteed to fail after a Remove
call, but the Update method requires walking the existing
chain of entries for the key's hash value.
(In practice, our code tends to call Lookup before Insert to
avoid adding pairs with equal keys more than once, but this
practice does mean that updating the value returned by Lookup
cannot be done without first removing the old entry. This new
method simplifies that workflow if used consistently.)

- Introduce a slimmed down version of thread.h, which just depends on the
Zone and StackResource.
- Introduce a layering check that would prevent the coupling in the future.
This is the first step towards decoupling compiler from runtime.
There are multiple reasons to introduce the decoupling but the main
reason currently is to introduce a controlled surface through which
compiler reaches into runtime to catch any places where runtime word size
might influence the compiler and then enable building compiler that
targets 32-bit runtime but is embedded into a 64-bit runtime.

This is the final CL which adds a new --use-bare-instructions flag to
the VM.
If this flag is set during AOT compilation, we will:
* Build one global object pool (abbr: GOP) which all code objects
share. This gop will be stored in the object store. The PP register
is populated in the enter dart stub and it is restored when
returning from native calls.
* Gets rid of the CODE_REG/PP slots from the dart frames. Instead the
compiled code uses the global object pool, which is always in PP.
* Starts emitting pc-relative calls for calls between two dart
functions or when invoking a stub.
Limitation: We only emit pc-relative calls between two code objects
in the same isolate (this is because the image writer is writing
instruction objects for vm-isolate/main-isolate seperately)
* We do compile-time relocation of those static calls after the
precompiler has finished its work, but before writing the snapshot.
This patches all the instruction objects with pc-relative calls to
have the right .text distance.
* We emit a sorted list of code objects in ObjectStore::reverse_code_table,
which will be used by the AOT runtime to go back from PC to Code
objects (where all metadata, e.g. stack maps, catch entry moves, pc
descriptors are available).

After previous refactoring, StreamingScopeBuilder no longer depends on
StreamingFlowGraphBuilder.
This CL moves StreamingScopeBuilder to a separate file
vm/compiler/frontend/scope_builder{.h, .cc}.

* IntMap is moved to hash_map.h.
